Baby Little Planet sends orders Australia-wide, Monday to Friday. All orders are sent via Star-Track Express, Couriers Please, and Australia Post eParcel.Unfortunately, we do not deliver to the following areas:

Christmas Island
Northern Territory (postcode 0880 and 0881)
Queensland (postcode 4875)
Western Australia (postcode 6799)

Yes, we offer same-day dispatch. Orders placed before 12pm AEST, Monday to Friday (not including public holidays or sale periods) will be shipped from our warehouse on the same day. 

Please be advised that delivery of bulky items may take 1-2 business days to be dispatched.

We ship to PO Boxes, but in certain cases, such as with large packages and in remote areas, this may not be possible.

All products on our website are supplied subject to availability. On occasion however, goods that are displayed on our website may not be available. In such cases, we will notify you and provide an estimated time of arrival, offer a partial dispatch for the available items or issue a refund or credit note for the unavailable portion of your order.

After your purchase has been shipped, an email will be sent to you with a tracking number and link. Please remember to look in your junk/spam folder in case the email accidentally gets placed there. Please take note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

If there are any incorrect, faulty, or damaged items in your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly and smoothly. This may involve sending us a photo of the damaged product or returning it to us. We will provide instructions on how to proceed based on the product in question, ensuring you receive the correct item. Please note that we aim to respond to all inquiries within two business days.

The courier will leave a calling card at your address so that you can arrange for a different delivery time. This only applies to courier deliveries, as Australia Post will leave a calling card with instructions for you to retrieve your parcel from the nearest post office or distribution center. It's important to note that couriers cannot make calls before delivery or while on their way. So please do not request this in your instructions. You will receive a tracking email once your order has been shipped so that you can monitor its status and estimated delivery time.
