Baby Little Planet sends orders Australia wide, Monday to Friday. All orders are sent via Star-Track Express, Couriers Please, Fastway and Australia Post eParcel.
All products on our website are supplied subject to availability. On occasion however, goods that are displayed on our website may not be available. If this occurs, we will contact you and may offer you a part dispatch for the balance of your order that is available or issue you with a refund or credit note for that part of the order that cannot be supplied.
Delivery times can vary due to reasons beyond Baby Little Planet’s control. If this is the case, Baby Little Planet would like to apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. If this is the case our customer service team will contact you to advise E.T.A of delivery.
If you have received anything that is not correct, faulty or damaged please call us on (03) 9369 9770 or email service@babylittleplanet.com.au immediately on receipt of the goods and we will discuss how to rectify this as quickly and as smoothly as possible for you. This may involve that we ask for a photo of the damaged product or we may request that the item be returned to us at. Depending on the item, we will advise you as to how we will rectify the situation and ensure you have the product as you require.
If the item has been delivered via courier, please check the external packaging on receipt of the goods to ensure the goods are in good condition. If you are in any doubt that the goods have been damaged, please do not sign the consignment note and do not accept the goods.
If we supply you with an incorrect product, we will send you the product you require once the incorrect product is returned to us. In the event of the incorrect product being shipped, you must contact our Customer Service Team within 48 hours on receipt of your goods.
Same Day Dispatch
Orders placed before 12pm AEST, Monday to Friday (not including public holidays or sale periods) will be shipped from our warehouse on the same day.
*Please note that delivery of bulky items may take 1-2 business days to be dispatched.

Click & Collect
We are open 7 days a week from 10:00am to 5:00pm. Please make sure to collect your order during our store's opening hours.
- Most items that are in stock can be ready to be collected within 12 hours of the order being placed.
- For bulky furniture items, please allow for up to 2 business days to collect it.
- If an item you have ordered is not available for click & collect, you will be contacted by email. Once your order is ready for collection, you will be sent a confirmation email, so please show this email to collect your order
- Visiting our store prior to receiving a pick-up email for collection may result in your item not being ready for collection.
Can I return something I've purchased?
In addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), if you would like to return an item because you have simply changed your mind, Baby Little Planet will offer you a store credit (not a refund) or exchange - simply contact us within 14 days of your order date.
This is provided that the item:
- Is returned with a proof of purchase (receipt)
- Is unused, in its original packaging as well as containing the instruction manuals and any accessories.
This does not apply to any clearance or discontinued items as well as any safety products such as car seats and their accessories. Some hygiene products are unable to be returned unless they are faulty.
Cancellations
We endeavour to send your order as soon as possible through the most safe, efficient, and economical method of delivery. If you request a cancellation for your order, or part thereof, you will receive a Credit Note of the amount you paid for the item (not a refund), including shipping.
However, In the event of products not being available for supply to you after your order has been placed, we will issue you with a credit note or refund for either part of the order or for the entire order. All refunds will be made the same way as the original payment method was made in favour of the person or entity on the original transaction. If your order has been dispatched, please refer to Return section above.
Manufacturer’s Warranty
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase but if the item you have purchased from Baby Little Planet is deemed to be faulty; you are entitled to an exchange, repair, or refund, under the Australian Consumer Law. Baby Little Planet reserves the right to inspect the item and contact the Manufacturer for assessment.
If the item is assessed and found to be faulty due to the Manufacturers fault, you will be entitled to an exchange, refund or repair as determined by the Manufacturer under the Australian Consumer Law guidelines.
To determine whether you are entitled to an exchange, refund, or repair; the below criteria must also be met:
- You must have Proof of Purchase (Baby Little Planet receipt)
- Where an item is subject to accidental damage, misuse or neglect, Baby Little Planet will not provide an exchange, refund, or repair
Warranty periods do vary for each product and this period commences from date of sale not the date of first use. If goods are found to be defective (or part of them), We, Baby Little Planet and the Manufacturer will:
- Repair or replace goods (or part of them)
- Provide a refund
Any costs incurred by the customer to return the product for repair to Baby Little Planet will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
